1. Using Satogate
By using the website or buying widget, you agree to these terms. Read the terms and privacy information presented in the buying flow before placing an order. If you act for a business, you must have authority to act on its behalf.
Satogate provides the buying interface and integration experience. Our business services include crypto payment collection, wallet infrastructure, business fiat conversion and agentic payment integrations. Service availability and the terms that apply depend on the service you use.
2. Buying with Legend Trading
Fiat-to-USDT purchases are offered in partnership with Legend Trading. The applicable purchase provider, available payment methods, eligibility requirements and transaction terms are presented in the buying flow. Review and accept those terms before confirming a purchase.
The provider’s terms govern its purchase execution, payment processing, verification, order limits and cancellation or refund procedures. These website terms do not replace that agreement or change your rights under it. Availability in one location or for one payment method does not establish availability elsewhere.

You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to enter into the transaction and meet the applicable provider’s eligibility requirements. Use the service only where permitted by the laws that apply to you. Do not misrepresent your identity or location, bypass restrictions or use the service for unlawful activity.
Provide accurate, current information and complete the identity, business or source-of-funds checks requested for your transaction. Verification and transaction screening support anti-money laundering, sanctions compliance and fraud prevention. A purchase may be delayed, restricted or declined while checks are completed or where requirements are not met.
4. Your buying profile
Email verification or a trusted partner identity associates you with your buying profile inside the widget. Protect your email account, login credentials and verification codes. Report suspected unauthorized activity promptly through the support channels shown for your purchase.
Applicable verification records can help reduce repeated KYC steps on a later visit. They do not guarantee approval of another purchase. Updated documents, additional checks or a new review may be required for a provider, region or transaction. A partner account does not by itself replace purchase verification.
5. Quotes, fees and payment
Review the fiat amount, crypto amount, exchange rate, applicable fees, receiving network and any quote expiry shown before you confirm. Quotes and available payment options can change before an order is accepted. Follow the payment instructions for your order and use only a payment method you are authorized to use.
Your bank or payment provider may apply charges under its own terms. The Crypto Payment Gateway fee published for business collection is separate from consumer purchase pricing; it does not set the fee for buying USDT. The purchase details and provider terms determine the charges for your order.
6. Wallet details and delivery
Check the receiving address, asset and network carefully before confirming. The address must support the purchased asset on the selected network, and you must be authorized to use it. An incorrect address or incompatible network can result in permanent loss.
Payment authorization, verification, order execution and on-chain delivery are separate stages. A payment confirmation is not a guarantee of immediate crypto delivery. Network conditions and required confirmations affect delivery timing. Buying USDT also does not, by itself, confirm a separate payment or order with a merchant.
7. Cancellations, refunds and errors
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the order stage, the purchase provider’s terms and applicable law. Contact the purchase support channel promptly if you need to cancel, have paid incorrectly or suspect an unauthorized transaction. Do not assume that a submitted or executed order can be stopped.
Confirmed blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed. Where a refund is available, its method, amount, fees and processing time are determined under the applicable purchase terms and legal requirements. Keep your order reference and any transaction hash when asking for help.
8. Crypto risks
Crypto assets can lose value. Stablecoins, including USDT, can lose their peg and are subject to issuer, reserve, market and technical risks. Blockchain transactions may be delayed or irreversible, and network fees can vary. Consider these risks before purchasing or transferring crypto.
Website information is general service information and is not investment, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for considering the obligations that apply to your use of crypto. Satogate does not promise an investment return, a fixed asset value or uninterrupted network availability.
9. Business services
Crypto Payment Gateway, Wallet Infrastructure and Agentic Payments integrations are governed by the applicable business agreement, including the agreed scope, fees, security responsibilities and service arrangements. Gateway transaction callbacks support a merchant’s own reconciliation and account-crediting process; the merchant remains responsible for its customer balances and orders.
Business On & Off-Ramp is arranged with assistance from our team. Entity verification, available routes, providers, quotes and transaction terms are confirmed for that service. Consumer buying options and the Legend Trading consumer partnership do not establish the terms or provider for a business conversion.
10. Security and acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website or widget, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s identity, exploit an integration or evade verification and transaction controls. Keep business API credentials and signing or transfer authorization on your server, outside browser code.
Never send a wallet private key, seed phrase, password or verification code to support. Submit identity documents and payment information only through the designated verification or payment process. We may restrict access to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with legal requirements.
11. Service changes and your rights
Features and availability may change for operational, security, network or legal reasons. We may update these terms and publish the revised date on this page. Transaction-specific terms accepted for an existing order continue to govern that order, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Separate business and purchase agreements address the responsibilities, dispute process and governing law for those services.
